About Sally Jo Wickham

Steve and Sally Jo Wickham are a husband and wife team that have been in the business for over 23 years. We have been with Key Realty Group, INC, which has now re-branded to **United Real Estate Properties, for the last 8 years.

We endeavor to be the top of our field and are highly qualified with the following Realtor certifications: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), At Home With Diversity (AHWD), Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI), Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), Digital Marketing Pro (e-PRO®), Licensed in the State of Oregon.

In addition to Steve and Sally Jo, we have an excellent support team backing us including our son James Wickham as Broker and Buyers Agent. Our Unlicensed Team includes Jan Phaigh-McCreary As Executive Assistant / Transaction Coordinator, and Zac Kier Certified Transaction Coordinator/Marketing Specialist. As a Buyer's Agent we spend time; introducing buyers to lenders, emailing properties before they hit the common market giving our buyer's an edge over other buyers, making appointments, showing listings that match buyer's requirements, to list just a few. Some of our duties as your broker is to use our professional knowledge and tools to find you a house that meets your needs. Secondly, we will guide you through the offer process. Lastly, we will be representing your interests throughout this process and negotiating on your behalf. home purchase is a very important decision; you see the importance of having a team of professionals, like us, representing you.

While working with you, we will ask for some specific duties from you as well; like providing us with updated financial information needed to get your offer accepted and if you see ads, signs, open houses, FSBO's, new construction or website ads you will contact us first so that we can represent you to those Sellers. Let us just add, we get so many calls from Buyers on our listings who are already working with agents. They say they don't want to "bother" their agent or "waste" their time, you are NOT wasting our time! We never want you to feel like you cannot call us for information on a property, that is why you want to be our client. Let us do the heavy lifting for you!
